Job Summary
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese (essential).Matric with higher-grade accounts or bookkeeping qualification.5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and accounting software.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments.Post weekly bank entries and complete reconciliations monthly.Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance.Reconcile accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and conduct stock reconciliations.Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare management accounts.Support the team with accounting queries and organize financial records.Apply by emailing your CV to Kontak Recruitment
