Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full financial strategy, governance, and long-term planning of the organisation.
• Oversee group reporting, cross-border consolidations, and international tax compliance.
• Drive financial performance, operational efficiencies, and cost optimisation across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with BEE regulatory requirements, statutory reporting, and corporate governance standards.
• Provide strategic insight to the Board and executive team to support growth, expansion, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team while strengthening controls, systems, and processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Relevant finance degree (e.g., BCom, BCom Honours, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years’ financial management experience, with at least 5 years at executive/leadership level in the engineering or project-based industries.
• Strong exposure to BEE, compliance, strategy formulation, and corporate governance.
• Proven experience handling international tax, cross-border reporting, and multinational group structures.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
