Job Description
A dynamic and expanding organisation across the manufacturing, production, and services sectors is seeking a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Your Impact
- Partner closely with the CEO and Board to influence strategic direction
- Lead and oversee the full finance function, including reporting, planning, and controls
- Provide commercial insights to enhance profitability and support business growth
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee external audit processes and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Lead initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency, and best practices
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
What We’re Looking For
- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- Minimum 8 years’ post-articles experience
- At least 3 years’ Board-level exposure
- Proven experience within manufacturing, production, or services environments
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive level
- Commercially driven with strong strategic thinking capability
- Demonstrated experience managing complex finance functions
