Job Description
- Build and maintain strategic, long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop product positioning strategies and marketing material to support business growth and client engagement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure quotations meet internal profitability standards and are delivered within deadline.
- Stay up to date with global insurance trends, technological shifts, and emerging market developments to influence local strategies.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring accuracy of accounts, performance tracking, and profitability reporting.
- Drive collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across teams while fostering a culture of shared success.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a life insurance or reinsurance environment.
- Strong technical and analytical understanding with solid commercial acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel; intermediate in PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Confident, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
