As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Compliance Financial Manager to join their dynamic team.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Chartered Accountant
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a management position
- Proven experience in compliance within the financial sector
- Strong knowledge of annual financial statement preparation and review
- SOX compliance experience is preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company`s financial compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting
