Job & Company Description:

I’m looking to connect with Data Scientists who have solid experience across the data science lifecycle — from data exploration and modelling to deployment and insight generation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Build, train, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software teams to deploy models.
• Monitor and improve model performance over time.
• Document methodologies, models, and best practices.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python (and/or R).
• Experience with data analysis and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL).
• Ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.
