Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, email, social, SEO)
- Manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are applied
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Coordinate content creation, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns
- Manage social media scheduling and community engagement
- Track KPIs and prepare campaign performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
- Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing)
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Creative thinking with strong content ideation skills
