About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our 4* Hotel Cape Town Waterfront team. As a reliable and trustworthy individual, you will be responsible for auditing revenue generating departments on a daily basis, maintaining systems, and ensuring seamless operations during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the auditing of all revenue generating departments on a daily basis.
- System maintenance, back-ups, and running of the EOD (End of day).
- Handling late check-ins and early check-outs as per Hotel policy and procedures.
- Dealing with special needs or requests from guests during their stay.
- Attending daily morning meeting in the absence of the Night Manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a 4* or 5 * Front Office position, preferably as a Receptionist and Night Auditor.
- Opera knowledge: Front Office, Reservations, Cashiering & Reporting – essential.
- Previous Auditing Experience an advantage.
- Computer Literate – Windows and experience in Word and Excel essential.
Qualifications
- Hospitality Management Diploma (an advantage).
- Front Office/Accounting experience preferable.
