About the Role
A 4* Hotel with over 150 bedrooms seeks to employ a reliable, trustworthy, energetic and experienced HOTEL Night Auditor. We require an individual with excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and previous auditing experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the auditing of all revenue generating departments on a daily basis.
- System maintenance, back-ups and running of the EOD (End of day) process.
- Handling late check-ins and early check-outs as per Hotel policy and procedures.
- Dealing with any special needs or requests a guest may have during their stay.
- Executing responsibilities during a night shift: 22h30 to 07h00.
- Attending daily morning meeting in the absence of the Night Manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a 4* or 5 * Front Office position (receptionist and Night Auditor).
- Opera knowledge: Front Office, Reservations, Cashiering & Reporting – essential.
- Previous Auditing Experience an advantage.
- Computer Literate – Windows and experience in Word and Excel essential.
Qualifications
Hospitality Management Diploma an advantage. Front Office/Accounting experience preferable.
