An industry leader in a highly specialised and regulated environment is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure robust governance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring delivery of accurate reporting, budgeting, audits, tax compliance, and risk management.
• Provide strategic financial insight and support to the board and CEO, guiding the business in achieving its goals.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems, controls, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage capital, working capital, and foreign exchange transactions, ensuring sound financial sustainability.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• A relevant financial qualification; Chartered Accountant (CA.SA) preferred.
• Proven track record in a senior finance role such as CFO, Senior Financial Manager, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience across financial reporting, compliance, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial systems, with experience in inventory management and company restructuring advantageous.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or output-based industries will be beneficial.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Driver’s licence, own transport, and a clear credit and criminal record.
