Duties:

• Partner with business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
• Prepare management reports and present actionable insights to senior management
• Provide financial input on strategic initiatives, projects, and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards

Education and experience:

• BCom Accounting degree
• At least 5 years experience in a similiar role
• Experience in short-term insurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to both operational and strategic finance functions
