About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, providing administrative support to the finance manager, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, purchase orders, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies
Prepare reports for management, including cash flow, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and supplier accounts

Requirements

Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or administrative role
