We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Financial Manager to take ownership of the financial operations across our US and European entities. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis within a multinational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly closing, reconciliations, and reporting for international entities
• Prepare and review financial packs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Analyze variances against budgets and deliver actionable insights
• Manage taxation, including US tax schedules and compliance
• Authorize and schedule international payments
• Review and manage group consolidations and exchange rate processes
• Support preparation of annual/quarterly financial statements and disclosures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
• 5–7 years’ experience in financial management within a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international tax regulations
• Proficiency in financial consolidation processes and accounting systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
