BSc Food Sc; HACCP/GMP Trainer; Statistical Software; 10-15 yrs mngt exp QA/FS food mnfc , 5+ yrs Snr level, 5-10 yrs decision-making level; knowledge food/baking/dairy processing/packing/regulations/preservation/food borne diseases/ allergies/design/sanitation; dev/deliver/eval QC/FS training programs; establish SPCs/ ID NC/RCA/CA/CI; knowledge of specs/ calibration/process capability; conduct mnfc facility/SQA audits/assess QA/FSMS, implement QA; product quality/detail/ consistency. Goals for FS/QA/purchases/train/best outside services; approval budget/staff structure/capital purchases; garner support FS/QA SOPs/prevent recall/bad publicity/legal liabilities. Implement/docs cntl/audit/ NC/CAPA/CI culture/BOP in QA/FS/data driven insight/RCA/ID areas. Risk mngt/ objectives/KPIs/bonds key suppliers/drive CI QC/FS/global SQA (RM/PM)/ FSMS(HACCP)/QMS (ISO/GFSI/BRC)/PA/FS Laws (FDA/ USDA/EFSA)/recall SOPs/ tracing/mitigation hazards/incidents/recalls/ RCA/NC due to change mngt process/mngt FS/QA audits/certification/agencies/ external auditors/rapid response SOPs for incidents/recalls. Clear objectives/KPIs/ performance/accountability/CI. Partner with other dpts/ensure NPD/ mnfc SOPs meet FSMS /QMS standards/optimise budget/efficiency across projects/regions/report to global/local stakeholders on compliance in RSA.
