? What You’ll Lead & Drive

• Take full ownership of reinsurance financial management across the non-life licence.
• Oversee reinsurance systems, accounting policies, and process design to ensure world-class accuracy.
• Partner across divisions to deliver on IFRS 17 requirements and reinsurance reporting excellence.
• Manage audits, including external reinsurer, internal, and financial reviews.
• Lead the charge on debtor and creditor control, ensuring every figure tells the right story.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships — providing authoritative guidance that influences at every level.
• Mentor and develop your team, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

? What You Bring

• Degree in Financial Management or Accounting (CA / CFA / ACCA / CIMA advantageous)
• 7–10 years’ experience in accounting and/or investments, including 3–5 years in management
• Solid experience within the insurance or reinsurance sector
• Mastery of systems, attention to detail, and a deep sense of accountability
• The ability to lead change, inspire excellence, and translate complexity into clarity
