Our client is an established player in the HVAC sector, known for designing, manufacturing, and installing commercial and industrial systems across Southern Africa. With over three decades of industry presence, they deliver turnkey solutions to a loyal base of clients — including operations in mining and remote project sites. They’re entering an exciting new growth phase.

You’ll manage end-to-end HVAC projects, including on-site supervision, contractor oversight, and compliance with client onboarding procedures. Expect to work on remote sites (locally and regionally), oversee daily reporting, and manage skilled labour teams. The role includes strong planning, administration, and project execution — with the opportunity to grow into broader business operations over time.

Job experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC project or contracts management
• Hands-on background in HVAC installation and commissioning
• Strong admin and computer literacy across reporting platforms and portals
• Excellent communication, coordination, and on-site supervision skills
• Advantageous: Autocad 2D knowledge and experience with mining industry onboarding processes
