About the Role
Network Contracting is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead analysis across large-scale multi-system initiatives in a complex IT environment. As a strategic leader, you will manage a team of Business Analysts and drive quality system and process improvements, delivering measurable impact through high-quality system and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all multi-system initiatives adhere to approved analysis standards and templates.
- Drive requirements gathering, ensuring sign-off from both business and technical stakeholders before development begins.
- Maintain requirement quality to achieve less than 10% rework due to unclear or incomplete requirements.
- Reduce development clarifications caused by requirement gaps quarter-on-quarter.
- Lead and uplift the capability, performance, and confidence of the Business Analysis team.
- Deliver a minimum of two measurable process or system improvements per year.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years as a Business or Systems Analyst in a complex enterprise IT environment.
- Proven experience leading analysis across large-scale, multi-system initiatives.
- Demonstrated team leadership or Business Analyst management experience.
