• Provide support, analysis, deal sourcing, and monitoring of investments and potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct advanced financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate and oversee the due diligence process, including research, data gathering, and preparation for investment approval.
• Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and recommendations to the investment committee.
• Take responsibility for the deal execution process, including structuring transactions, negotiating terms, and providing input on legal agreements.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, ensuring compliance with agreements and evaluating ongoing performance metrics.
• Actively participate in post-investment management, including tracking KPIs and advising management teams of investee companies.
• May serve on the boards of investee companies, providing strategic input and oversight to drive value creation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting mezzanine debt investments.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic investment reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Fund`s overall investment strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience gained in Leveraged Finance or Principal or mezzanine investing or similar.
• BSc or Relevant Degree
• Highly proficient in financial modelling
