Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for supervising the Office Administrator, Receptionist, Tender Administrators, and Accounting Trainees, while coordinating everything from front-office operations and facilities to statutory compliance and HR admin.
- Key duties will include overseeing tender submissions, handling accounts payable and receivable, tracking budgets, managing WIP and invoicing, and supporting financial reporting.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience in office management or accounting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Solid accounting knowledge, including invoicing, reporting, and budget tracking
- Excellent multitasking, organisation, and communication skills
- Experience in a SME/ audit firm would be advantageous
