In this Product Risk Team Lead role, you’ll head up a talented team of analysts, oversee daily P&L and position reporting, and drive enhancements across risk and reporting frameworks for global trading operations. You’ll collaborate closely with international stakeholders, ensure the integrity of CTRM systems, and play a key role in shaping how risk is managed across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of daily and monthly P&L and position reports, with clear attribution and commentary for senior management.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 Risk Analysts, fostering excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee CTRM system integrity, support system upgrades, and resolve technical issues in partnership with IT and trading teams.
• Drive process improvement and contribute to strategic global initiatives across commodity desks.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• Experience:
  • 5 years experience in product risk, market risk, or middle-office roles
  • 3 years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
