About the Role

As a Project Accountant at Communicate Finance, you will play a crucial role in monitoring project budgets, tracking costs and maintaining accurate financial records across assigned projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure real-time visibility of financial performance, and provide support for ad-hoc reporting and project-related financial enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor project budgets and track costs
Maintain accurate financial records across assigned projects
Process and verify project-related invoices
Prepare cost reports
Support financial forecasting and cost-benefit analysis
Perform project reconciliations
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in project audits

Requirements

Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and MS Excel
Excellent analytical ability with strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines independently and within a team
