About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area / Operations Manager to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting store management and maximizing store potential. You will travel between stores and participate in daily operations, ensuring brand standards and service levels are maintained. Your hands-on management style and passion for the restaurant industry are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain brand standards across all outlets
- Support store management with everyday tasks and provide franchise support
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Provide training and development opportunities to staff members
- Manage store operations, including inventory control and cash handling
