About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Consultant to join a high-performing advisory team at Network Finance. We are seeking a strategic, commercially astute professional who can operate confidently at executive and board level, while managing client relationships, leading teams, and contributing to the growth of a consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on transformation strategy, including B-BBEE and Employment Equity
Facilitate strategy and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders
Design and implement sustainable, practical transformation solutions
Act as a trusted advisor on relevant legislation and best practice
Support clients with B-BBEE audit preparation and verification processes
Analyse complex data sets and provide commercially sound insights
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery quality and commercial sustainability
Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants
Contribute to practice growth, product development, and thought leadership

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional consulting environment, including people and client management
Strong understanding of transformation, B-BBEE, and related legislation
High level of financial and commercial acumen
Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and boards
Strong project and practice management skills
Comfortable using AI, automation, and digital tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
