About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Consultant to join a high-performing advisory team at Network Finance. We are seeking a strategic, commercially astute professional who can operate confidently at executive and board level, while managing client relationships, leading teams, and contributing to the growth of a consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on transformation strategy, including B-BBEE and Employment Equity
- Facilitate strategy and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders
- Design and implement sustainable, practical transformation solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor on relevant legislation and best practice
- Support clients with B-BBEE audit preparation and verification processes
- Analyse complex data sets and provide commercially sound insights
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery quality and commercial sustainability
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants
- Contribute to practice growth, product development, and thought leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional consulting environment, including people and client management
- Strong understanding of transformation, B-BBEE, and related legislation
- High level of financial and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and boards
- Strong project and practice management skills
- Comfortable using AI, automation, and digital tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
