• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the property portfolio
• Prepare consolidated management accounts, variance analysis, and insightful commentary for senior leadership
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting strategic planning and portfolio performance reviews
• Manage cash flow reporting, funding requirements, and treasury activities related to property developments and acquisitions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
• Review and reconcile property-related transactions, including rents, service charges, developments, and asset disposals
• Partner with asset management, development, and operations teams to provide financial insight and support commercial decision-making
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, improving financial processes and systems as the business scale

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• com degree in accounting
• MDA
• 7 years relevant Property experience
