Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored software solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing products and develop new solutions based on market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in software sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the software industry and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
