Our client is a fast-growing technology firm focused on building scalable, user-centric platforms. They’re looking for a Software Quality Analyst to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of their digital products. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test strategies, execute test plans, and drive continuous improvement in software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and testing scope
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
• Perform regression, performance, and usability testing
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and user expectations

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality software
