Responsibilities:
As our Solar Project Manager, you will:
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless project integration.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in solar project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, construction processes, and electrical systems.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
