About the Role
Fix and Fit Security is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our security solutions team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, and maintain access control systems, including biometrics
- Program and install gate & garage motors, intercoms, CCTV systems (including wireless dishes and IP cameras)
- Install and program electric fencing systems
- Install and program alarm systems (including IDS, MG50/50, DSC Neo)
- Provide technical support and maintenance for existing security systems
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in access control programming, gate & garage motors, intercoms, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and alarm systems
- Strong knowledge of biometric programming, wireless dish installation, and IP camera configuration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
