Key Responsibilities System Expertise Become a subject matter expert in key business systems. Configure software to meet organizational needs, stay up to date on new features, and recommend enhancements that align with business goals. Process Optimization Analyze and improve operational workflows, ensuring compliance with internal policies and promoting efficiency across departments Data & Reporting Generate insightful reports, maintain data accuracy, and support informed decision-making through robust data analysis. Training & Support Provide user training and ongoing support. Create clear documentation and serve as the go-to contact for troubleshooting system-related issues. Change Management Assist with the rollout of new systems and updates. Perform testing, provide feedback, and drive user adoption through clear communication and support. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Act as a key liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure effective communication, system alignment, and shared understanding of objectives. Financial & Operational Oversight Oversee internal financial recharges, manage system renewals, and monitor service level agreements to ensure operational continuity.
