Job Summary

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 / equivalent with a high level of computer literacy including Cargowise system 1 years working experience in freight forwarding Must have good communication skills and be confident & authoritative The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Accept customer sales orders Generate container utilization and make necessary amendments Consolidated final market orders on Sage Generate PFI`s Quality check samples upon receipt Bin transfers Generated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO and legalization) Track documents until delivered Generate export requests and facilitate container dispatch and stacking into port
