About the Role

A reputable financial services organisation is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join their Collections Department in Sandton for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients regarding outstanding accounts
  • Negotiate and implement suitable payment arrangements
  • Monitor account activity and follow up on overdue balances
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • BCom in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 1–3 years’ relevant experience in a similar environment
