What Youll Be Doing: As part of our outbound sales team, youll learn how to: Speak to new potential clients via calls, emails, and messages Introduce people to our online trading platforms and services Help clients sign up and fund their accounts Follow up with leads (because persistence = commission ) Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Update customer details on our system (well train you!) Learn professional sales skills in a fast-paced call centre environment Work closely with experienced team members wholl support your growth Dont worry full PAID training is provided before you hit the phones. What You Need to Bring: Matric (essential) Confidence and a positive attitude Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and take feedback Motivation to earn money and grow your career English as a first language (Afrikaans speakers fluent in English will also be considered) ✨ No previous sales or call centre experience required just the right mindset!
