About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a global leader in clinical logistics to hire a commercially minded Partnership Manager for a high-impact, hybrid role that blends boardroom-level collaboration with business development execution. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the MD on market analysis and growth strategy
- Contribute to commercial, operational, and financial decisions
- Develop frameworks for pricing strategy, operations scaling, and process improvement
- Support data analysis, reporting, and implementation of new strategies
- Identify and develop new opportunities in clinical trials, pharma, and biotech
- Conduct market research across the US and EU
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including proposals, stakeholder engagement, and contract close
- Maintain and grow client relationships with operational support
- Engage clients internationally via Zoom, Teams, or travel
- Support relationship building and on-site visits for deal closure
Requirements
- CA, BCom LLB, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or MBA
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Background in sales, consulting, or business development
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and high energy
