The role requires a candidate with the following experience: Experience within a large organisational and corporate and be based at Head Office 5 years experience in performance management and organisational development Proven experience designing, implementing, and governing performance management frameworks Strong background in performance calibration, moderation, and differentiation Experience coaching senior leaders on goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations Demonstrated experience integrating wellbeing or mental wellness into people practices Deep expertise in performance management design, analytics, and governance Strong understanding of goal setting, talent, leadership, and succession frameworks The responsibilities of the role will include: Design, implement, and continuously refine a Group‑wide performance management framework that is fair, consistent, and impactful Embed effective goal‑setting and cascading aligned to Group and divisional strategy Drive meaningful performance differentiation through ranking, calibration, and moderation processes Facilitate calibration sessions with leadership teams, ensuring equity, rigour, and bias awareness Analyse performance data and trends to inform evidence‑based leadership decisions Build leader capability in goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations Enable leaders to confidently manage underperformance and accelerate high performance Design and deliver performance‑related learning interventions, tools, and frameworks Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex performance and people matters Ensure performance outcomes inform development, talent identification, and succession planning Integrate performance insights into talent reviews and high‑potential discussions Design and implement wellness and resilience initiatives that support sustainable high performance Embed mental wellbeing, psychological safety, and workload balance into performance practices Translate engagement and wellness insights into actionable improvement plans Measure the impact of wellness initiatives on performance, engagement, and retention Please consider your application as unsuccessful if you have not received a response, within 14 days of submitting your application.
