Our client has an opportunity available for a Presales Solutions Architect based in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- 3-year degree in ICT disciplines or related.
- Fluent in English and the language of your country.
- Relevant UCC, Cloud and Networking Certifications such as Current Cisco Network certifications or other.
- 5+ years experience in IP, UCC network and ICT related area of specialization.
- 5+ years of supervising and managing others within a technical environment.
- Experience working in a large organization.
- Experience managing highly technical staff.
- Large revenue project and bid response in the last 2 years.
- Willing to travel regionally.
KPAs:
- Drive profitable growth for the company.
- Manage staff to build and maintain continuous technical relationships within corporate customers and partners.
- Focus on providing exceptional client experience.
- Approve complex customer designs and pricing before submission to the sales environment.
- Ensure a culture of operational excellence.
- Ensure designs are within approved operational limits as per product specifications.
- Manage relationships between Presales solution architects and the companies COEs, Sales, TES, Procurement, Commercial pricing and the customer.
- Ensure Subject matter expert disciplines are maintained.
- Install appropriate employee excellence.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for the company enterprise business.
- Drive a culture of high performance, accountability and consequence management.
- Ensure appropriate governance and control measures.
- Drive the implementation, tracking, monitoring and compliance of projects.
- Contract, risk and project management.
- Ensure that benchmarking is conducted with other companies and organizations.
- Ensure POCs are managed correctly for customer pilots and products testing.
- Manage and evaluate staff performance.
