About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Pricing Manager to join our organisation in a senior capacity. This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, engineering cost intelligence, and commercial strategy requiring an individual who can deliver rigorous, defensible pricing positions across a complex portfolio of contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced cost models to support bid preparation, contract pricing, and ongoing project financial management.
Conduct thorough analysis of project economics, profitability forecasts, and cost-to-complete assessments to inform senior decision-making.
Collaborate with technical teams to interpret and validate engineering cost drivers, translating complex data into commercially actionable outputs.
Assess the pricing implications of various contract types including fixed-price, cost-plus, and time-and-materials advising on risk allocation and commercial terms.
Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models, scenario analyses, and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Present pricing strategies, cost analyses, and commercial recommendations with authority and clarity to senior leadership and client-facing teams.

Requirements

Advanced cost modelling: Proven ability to build and manage complex cost models across multi-disciplinary projects.
Engineering cost structures: Strong understanding of how engineering decisions translate into cost and commercial exposure.
