Job Summary

Minimum requirements for the role: A bachelors degree in IT, computer science, education, or related field is preferred. Previous experience in ICT product training, technical training. Background in ICT products (networking, IP cameras and access/ entrance control, Push-To-Talk (PTT) systems, SAAS highly beneficial). Excellent verbal communication and presentation delivery skills. Strong technical foundation in ICT and security systems, especially IP cameras. Proven skill in translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand content. Experienced in creating professional, engaging presentations. Natural relationship builder and effective cross-functional team player. Willing and able to travel regularly for onsite engagements. Experience in delivering onsite training sessions to technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Delivering engaging, informative product training to internal teams and external clients, both remotely and onsite. Simplifying complex technical information into clear, accessible content. Supporting product launches, live demos, and onsite training events across various regions. Collaborating closely with product and sales teams to develop and maintain training materials. Creating visually compelling and effective presentation materials. Travelling frequently for onsite client training and regional support. Designing and delivering structured training programs (both online and in-person) on ICT and security products, especially IP surveillance systems. Training internal teams, resellers, systems integrators, and clients on product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Conducting onboarding training sessions for new employees on security product portfolios. Providing continuous learning sessions for product updates and new feature rollouts. Developing comprehensive training materials including manuals, quick-start guides, presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and FAQS. Collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure training content is aligned with product positioning and updates. Demonstrating the installation, configuration, and integration of IP cameras, NVRS, VMS, and other related ICT/security devices. Conducting product demonstrations at trade shows, client sites, webinars, and internal meetings. Gathering feedback from training sessions to continuously improve course delivery and content. Supporting sales and pre-sales teams by addressing technical queries and participating in client presentations when needed. Assisting support and technical teams in resolving complex client challenges post-training. Maintaining training schedules, attendance records, certification tracking, and feedback evaluations. Tracking training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics. Reporting training outcomes to management with recommendations for improvement. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
