Day-to-day management production processes/ meet/exceed targets/maintain/CI yields/report daily on production. Plan/maintain running costs within budget/set run rates for all new products/monitor line giveaway on weights/packaging waste. Ensure all KPIs are followed/the highest standards in QA/FSMS/SHE food production observed/co-ordinate production lines re. people/product/ equipment/maintain all paperwork/monitor productivity/performance. Must be hands-on/ensure all aspects of stock production/factory inventory maintained correctly. Understand co. quality policy statement/implement requirements/ensure highest levels of Service/Quality/Workmanship/production record keeping/internal/ external quality systems adhered to/all customer expectations are met/exceeded. Maintain adherence to company/customer/legal requirements/drive a culture of adherence to FSMS/QA/SHE/ HACCP/GMP/ participate in manufact operations meetings/ensure department is audit ready 24/7. Plan rosters/ holidays/overtime/ensure relevant people are scheduled to work on a daily basis within Labour Law.
