About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager & HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales and project management team, you will be responsible for managing the full tender process from enquiry through to submission and award, as well as overseeing end-to-end project execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, while ensuring quality delivery and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile accurate and competitive HVAC quotations for commercial, industrial, and residential clients
- Manage the full tender process from enquiry through to submission and award
- Develop HVAC designs in accordance with industry standards and best practice guidelines
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including procurement of materials, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, commissioning, and handover
- Work closely with Procurement and Stores to minimise supply chain delays and maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and compliant with required regulations
- Take complete responsibility for site operations, ranging from single-unit installations to large, multi-million-rand projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in the HVAC industry
- Confident in designing, reading and interpreting building drawings and HVAC design layouts
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from planning to completion
- Commercially driven with strong sales ability and a client-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approach
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport

Matric N5/N6 minimum qualification (University Degree Highly Advantageous)
