Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB
Effective planning, management and monitoring of all aspects related to the Facilities Management of the assigned site to ensure that quality standards are maintained and continually improved. To ensure strong customer relationships are built and expectations are met and managed.
Responsibilities:
Assume overall accountability for the planning, scheduling, monitoring and executing all maintenance related aspects, building information management systems, planned inspections and auditing of buildings on the campus.
- Administration & Management of Portfolio
- Financial Budgeting and Cost Control
- Utility & Energy Management and Control
- Risk management
- Technical Support and Service
- Maintenance of Building Assets

Qualifications
- The candidate must be electrically competent:
- Minimum qualification: Red Seal Electrician +N4-N6 + HV/MV + Generator Training.
- Recommended: Electrical Engineering Diploma + HV/MV Authorisation
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the Facilities or Property industry
- Be an Accredited Facilities Professional registered with Safma
