Job Summary
Minimum Requirements Matric QHSE Degree/Diploma 5 – 7 Years QHSE experience within a manufacturing environment of which 3 years should be in a management role Proficient on MS Office Suite Responsibilities Monitor and review manufacturing operations and processes in order to ensure quality standards are maintained Ensure all design & production processes are cost efficient and effective Ensure all plant and equipment is maintained and serviced to specification Achieve a correct and on-time delivery target of 95% Ensure non-conforming product is rectified and/or repaired as top priority Ensure raised non-conformance reports are evaluated and that any required amendments to design, production and manufacturing processes are incorporated Ensure finished goods are checked and found to be correct, complete and compliant with all relevant specifications prior to dispatch Ensure design standards are adhered to by both the Drawing Office and R&D Departments Identify individual training needs Implement, monitor and review personnel training and development plans Identify manufacturing improvement processes and systems in order to reduce inventory, increase throughput and minimize costs TO APPLY: Only if you do meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
