A dynamic Company is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team by driving sales performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent client service in line with industry and company standards. . Position Area: Parow/Western Cape Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of real estate sales agents Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales agents Ensure compliance with PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) requirements and company policies Oversee property listings, marketing initiatives, and client negotiations Support agents with valuations, mandates, offers to purchase, and closing of deals Maintain strong relationships with sellers, buyers, developers, and stakeholders Analyse market trends and competitor activity to guide sales strategies Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of sales activities Uphold ethical standards and professionalism across the sales team Minimum Requirements 4 years Real Estate Sales Experience 3 years Sales Team Management Marketing, Team leadership, Building stock/buyers, working with conveyers and attorneys experience NQF Level 4: Further Education and Training Certificate (Real Estate) Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales manager Strong knowledge of South African property legislation and practices Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transport Own Laptop Preferred / Advantageous NQF Level 5: National Certificate in Real Estate Previous experience managing a sales team Strong residential and/or commercial property market knowledge Experience with CRM and property management systems Key Competencies Leadership and team development Sales and negotiation expertise Strategic thinking and problem-solving Client relationship management Compliance and ethical judgement Results-driven mindset Working Conditions Office-based with regular fieldwork Flexible hours, including weekends as required Performance-based incentives and commission structure

About the Role

The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent client service in the residential and commercial property markets of Parow Western Cape. We are seeking a strategic leader with hands-on sales management experience to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to maximize performance.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.

  • Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performance culture.
