What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in client onboarding, product rollout, or implementation within the travel industry this is non-negotiable. Strong project management skills you can plan, track, and deliver without dropping the ball. A solid grasp of process design and execution you`re not just following a playbook, youre helping write it. Comfortable working with tech (you dont need to code) and bridging the gap between what users need and what the product offers. A warm, professional, and solution-oriented approach you know how to build trust and keep clients engaged. A Bachelor`s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field is advantageous. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycles is a plus. Ability to travel frequently within South Africa as required by project demands. Reporting & Structure Youll report directly to the Managing Director . This is an individual contributor role no team management required. Youll work cross-functionally with sales, tech, training, and support teams .
