About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Regional Industrial Relations Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing training needs, building relationships through positive communications and reliable administration, and managing industrial relations processes and disputes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing training needs
- Implementing steps to build relationships through positive communications and reliable, accurate administration
- Ensuring accurate submission of reports and documentation to relevant bodies in relation to CCMA and Labour Court proceedings
- Leading and facilitating formal communications, consultations, and meetings with stakeholders
- Mitigating against risks
- Actively participating in employment equity matters
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 5) (LLB/HR/IR)
- At least five years relevant experience in a similar position
- Matric (NQF 4)
