About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Industrial Relations Manager to join our team at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) in Johannesburg. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing industrial relations processes and disputes in compliance with company policies and procedures. Your expertise in establishing training needs, building relationships, and mitigating risks will be invaluable to us.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing training needs
- Implementing steps to build relationships through positive communications and reliable administration
- Ensuring accurate submission of reports and documentation to relevant bodies in relation to CCMA and Labour Court proceedings
- Leading and facilitating formal communications, consultations, and meetings with stakeholders
- Mitigating against risks
- Actively participating in employment equity matters
- Manage Industrial relations processes and disputes in compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 5) (LLB/HR/IR)
- At least five years relevant experience in a similar position
