How you’ll role As a Regional Sales Representative you’ll play a pivotal part in FMCG distribution strategy. You’ll be tasked with developing and executing sales plans to promote products within the retail network, and work closely with store owners and managers. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to meet ambitious sales targets. What you’ll do Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets Work with store owners and managers to implement sales initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead Deliver exceptional customer service and support to partners Monitor product performance and store compliance Represent the company professionally with a proactive approach What you’ll need Proven sales experience within the SPAR retail channel or similar FMCG environment Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regionally
