Requirements: 2-5 years experience in real estate (Retail Leasing experience highly advantageous) Must have FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate – or eligible to obtain one) Hunter mindset for cold calling and business development Good telephone etiquette Local knowledge of Johannesburg areas Must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, laptop and smartphone Technical Requirements: HubSpot CRM MS Office Digital Adaptability Core Duties: Lead generation Primary contact between retailers (tenants), Landlords and Co-Broking Partners Closing – Managing full lease lifecycle Data Management Market Analysis PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
