About the Role
EQ-Fin is seeking a Wealth Planner to join our team, providing expert financial guidance to clients and driving personal and professional growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be fully trained and developed to excel in this role, with opportunities to build your own practice and make a meaningful impact on society.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct assistance in delivering knowledge and skills to clients through face-to-face interactions.
- Educate clients on budgeting, credit and debt management, insurance, saving and investing, education planning, and retirement planning.
- Create personalized financial plans based on detailed analysis of client income, expenses, insurance coverage, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other relevant information.
- Offer face-to-face advice to motivate clients’ financial wellness.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of company and client data.
- Handle client complaints and resolve problems effectively.
