Johannesburg: Revenue Operations Lead

We’re currently seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to take charge of the full Cash to Order (C2O) cycle. This is a strategic and high-impact role, perfect for a process-driven leader with a solid grasp of financial operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment. As a Revenue Operations Lead you will: Managing the end-to-end Cash to Order process including customer billing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution Driving continuous process improvement to enhance working capital efficiency and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Operations) to streamline the Order-to-Cash workflow Overseeing customer onboarding, credit vetting, and credit management processes Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators, with regular reporting on collections and aging Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and external audit requirements Serving as a subject matter expert in ERP and financial systems supporting the C2O process Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum of 5 years experience in Order to Cash / Cash to Order operations BCom in Finance or equivalent qualification Proven track record in collections, billing, and reconciliations Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Analytical thinker with a drive for process improvement and optimization Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
