About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to sales teams, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare new product sales quotes and provide daily updates
  • Calculate and manage cost of sales / landing costs daily
  • Follow up daily on issued sales quotes
  • Follow up on outstanding debit order mandates (adhoc)
  • Pull adhoc reports for sales visits and internal reporting (including Trading Places reports)
  • Close deals on Zoho CRM (Won/Lost updates)
  • Update product and service information
  • Assist with tender documentation
  • Maintain key files for maintenance contracts and new orders (daily)
  • Track timed & evaluation licenses (daily)
  • Create maintenance installation tickets
  • Update maintenance expiry dates
  • Update friendly names on portal
  • Prepare 3-month maintenance quotes (monthly)
  • Administration & Accounting
  • Manage debtors (weekly)
  • Process customer invoices (daily)
  • Process supplier invoices (daily)
  • Reconcile and manage credit card s (daily)
  • Handle freight & international shipping administration (adhoc)
  • Process purchase orders (adhoc)
  • Manage debit order mandates (adhoc)
  • Assist with B&R stock takes (adhoc)
  • Arrange travel bookings
  • Training Administration
  • Process payment allocations for training bookings
  • Handle petty cash (PT cash handling)
