Minimum Requirements: Matric Proven sales experience within the lift, elevator or construction industry Good understanding of elevator systems & related technologies Proficiency on MS Office Suite Previous experience on a CRM system Responsibilities: Identify & pursue new & existing elevator/lifts sales leads Build & maintain relationships with existing & potential Clients Conduct site surveys & assessments to determine Clients need for elevators/lifts Propose effective solutions Prepare & present sales proposals, quotes & contracts Negotiate prices & terms of sales agreements Explain the features & benefits of different lifts/elevator products to Clients Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Installation & Service Departments) Provide customer service throughout the sales process Complete tender process Prepare sales reports & forecasts for management TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
