About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and reports.

Requirements
Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be advantageous. 3-5 years experience within manufacturing industry. Proven sales experience, preferably in a business development, account management, or external sales. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
