Bestuur van verpakkingsaanleg
-
Bestuur van die totale verpakkingsaanleg met ongeveer 340 seisoenale en 20 permanente werkers.

Beplanning, organisering en beheer oor:
-
Sortering van vrugte.
-
Verpakking van vrugte vir beide plaaslike en uitvoermark.
-
Kartonstoor, insluitend die opmaak van kartonne vir verpakking, aankoop en voorraadbestuur van pakmateriaal.
-
Paletisering van gepakte vrugte.
-
Kwaliteitskontrole oor gepakte vrugte, insluitend kordinering met PPECB, uitvoeragente en plaaslike bemarkers.
-
Inname en uitlaai van gepakte vrugte na Lanko Koelkamers.
-
Uitlaai van vrugte wat hervul is in kratte en lewering aan koelkamers en/of Granor Passi.

Personeel
-
Opstel van jaarlikse personeelplan en bepaling van opleidingsbehoeftes.
-
Verlofbeplanning.
-
Kordinering met die Menslike Hulpbronne-departement m.b.t. werwing, opleiding, bevordering, dissiplinre aksies, aanmeld van BADs ens.
-
Toepassing van meriete- en dissiplinre stelsel.
-

Toerusting, geboue en terrein
-
Kordinering met instandhoudingsbestuurder m.b.t.:
-
Uitvoering van roetine- en noodinstandhouding.
-
Beplanning van instandhoudingsprojekte.
-
Toesien dat toerusting in goeie werkende toestand is.
-
Roetine-inspeksies en beplanning van instandhouding saam met instandhoudingsbestuurder.
-

Toesien dat instandhoudingsregister bygehou word.
-
Algemene huishouding, insluitend opstel en uitvoering van skoonmaakroetines.

Kordinering met werkswinkel
-
Verseker dat voertuie en vurkhysers altyd in goeie werkende en padwaardige toestand is.

Begrotings en kontrole
-
Opstel van jaarlikse kapitaal- en bedryfsbegroting vir pakhuis, veral t.o.v. instandhouding.
-
Uitoefening van begrotingskontrole op n deurlopende basis.

Higine en standaarde
-
Toepassing van algemene pakhuishigine-standaarde soos voorgeskryf deur HACCP/BRC.
-
Byhou van dokumentasie soos voorgeskryf deur interne HACCP, GMP & BRC-standaarde en die toepassing van sodanige standaarde.

Beheer oor kratte
-
Beheer oor instandhouding van kratte, asook opberging en uitreiking daarvan.

Veiligheid en gesondheid
-
Toesien dat die pakhuis voldoen aan vereistes m.b.t. beroepsveiligheid en gesondheid.
